If you don't have insurance or if you need a quick and easy way to get a blood test or other lab test walkinlab is a convenient and affordable way to go. Just go online and verify that one of their labs is located in your area, then search for the test you need and place your order. I've suffered from numerous vitamin deficiencies and being able to get an order for simple blood tests to monitor my issues has really helped me. I love that I can skip the hassle of a doctor's visit and expensive appointment in favor of a quick lab test at my convenience. But be sure to verify that they have a lab location near you. If they don't then you are out of luck and I've taken a star off because this company has almost no customer service. I tried contacting them once and got no response.

I purchased through this company because they say that their results come back in 24 to 48 hours. The process is very easy and convenient; however, I have called 3 times after 48 hours and each time they say my results will be in the next day. The rep told me that my particular test results are in between 24/48 hours. I'm thinking okay but now we are on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and now the 6th if they come in tomorrow. Very nice reps, but no apology for my results being late, and to top it off, my call dropped while on hold with the results deptartment, and they called my job back and left a message that anyone can hear about my blood work results and how I can call her back instead of calling the number on my account which is my cell number. I don't think I will be buying from here again. I wish companies would do what they say. You can't say that you and the labs are separate entities because you all chose these companies to partner with. The customer is not interested in separating who is responsible for why what was promised is late. It's now over a week and I still don't have my results.

Walk-In Lab is such an awesome service! I ordered a test a couple of days ago, had my blood drawn yesterday and received the results early this morning in less than 24 hours. This is my second time ordering tests from them and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for sure!!

I needed a blood test done ASAP. I found walk-in lab on google and was hesitant at first to use their services because I was unsure if it was legitimate. After reading positive reviews online, I purchased a lab test and got my bloodwork done the next day. Results came within one day for me, although it depends on the lab you go to. I was very happy with my purchase and I would definitely use walk-in lab again in the future should I need any lab work done. If you need to purchase a lab test, do it through them! You won't be disappointed and the prices are reasonable.

Great customer service

The process is very easy. Simply order and pay for the test and immediately you are provided with a lab order you can download/print. Take that order to any local lab for the blood draw. Then wait for the results.

Be sure to check your junk inbox because that is where my email notification ended up letting me know the results were in.

Unfortunatly once you buy the lab work if you have to cancel they have a cancelation fee of $25.
I will use another company in the future.

Like everyone I was also bit concerned about trustworthiness of this website, so called up Quest, confirmed their tie-up with Walk-in lab and booked annual blood work for my family. The procedures are well planned and the entire process was very smooth, our test was done on time and the results came with in a day. No questions asked at the Quest front desk.

I recommend Walk in lab especially for the competitive pricing compared to the labs are charging for the direct orders, also their price includes Dr prescription charges, this saves a lot of money for the people who are taking the test on their own and lastly they give several discounts frequently which further reduces the cost.

If you're the type of person who wants to manage their own health, Walk-In Lab is an excellent direct access testing (DAT) laboratory.

I've used them twice and have one only one suggestion - if you need more than a few tests that span different panels, it can be hard to find the best combination of panels that minimizes your cost. I wish there was a way to indicate the individual tests you needed, then the site would find the panel(s) plus additional tests that minimized the cost and the overlapping tests. For example, say you need Vitamin D and Testosterone Total & Free. Vitamin D can be found in several panels, and Testosterone can be found in other panels, and both can be found in "Hormone #3 Extreme", but that one comes with extra panels you might not need etc. You get the idea.

Other than that, customer service was extremely prompt (under 10 minutes even on a Friday late afternoon) and very knowledgeable. Walk-In Lab works with both LabCorp and Quest. Your results stay available online, and they also send you a notice if anything is out of the ordinary.
